Xinxin RBCuZn-C brazing rod is a high-quality low-fuming bronze brazing rod complying with AWS A5.8 standard, widely used for joining carbon steel, copper alloys, cast iron, nickel alloys and stainless steel. Its production follows strict quality control and sophisticated processes to ensure product quality.
The production of Xinxin RBCuZn-C brazing rods includes 6 core steps, all strictly controlled to ensure stability and reliability.
1. Raw Material Selection & Ingredient Inspection
We select high-purity copper, zinc, tin, iron and other qualified raw materials. All raw materials are inspected for chemical composition and purity before production to ensure accuracy and no impurities.
2. Precision Ingredient Mixing
According to the RBCuZn-C standard formula, the inspected raw materials are accurately weighed and mixed in a closed environment to ensure uniform distribution of each component.
3. Smelting & Continuous Casting
The mixed raw materials are smelted at 1100-1200℃ to form uniform molten alloy, then continuously cast into billets with uniform cross-section and compact structure.
4. Multi-pass Drawing & Heat Treatment
The billets are cold-drawn to the standard size (1.6mm-5.0mm), then heat-treated at 400-500℃ to eliminate internal stress and improve ductility and toughness.
5. Strict Quality Inspection
Every batch of brazing rods is inspected, including chemical composition, size, surface quality and mechanical performance. Unqualified products are eliminated to ensure pass rate.
6. Polishing, Packaging & Warehousing
Qualified brazing rods are polished, then packaged with moisture-proof materials and stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse to ensure quality during transportation and storage.
Xinxin adheres to "quality first, precision manufacturing", providing customers with high-quality, reliable RBCuZn-C brazing rods and professional technical support.
